Welcome to Reddily. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reddily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Reddily provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available Reddit content. Our service extracts insights including sentiment analysis, pain points, feature requests, and competitor mentions from Reddit threads and search results.

IMPORTANT: Reddily operates solely as a middleware service and data processing facilitator. We do not independently collect, scrape, or gather data from Reddit or any other platform. Our service only processes content that you, the user, explicitly submit to us for analysis. You initiate all data collection activities, and we merely provide tools to analyze the content you choose to submit.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Reddily, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Reddily operates on a credit-based system:

• New accounts receive 5 free credits
• Each thread analysis costs 1 credit
• Credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

6. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for your use of Reddily and any consequences that may arise from it. By using our service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You control all data collection. You decide what Reddit content to submit for analysis, how frequently you use the service, and the volume of content you process. Reddily does not make these decisions for you.
• You are responsible for compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Reddily complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including but not limited to Reddit's Terms of Service, Reddit's API Terms, and any applicable data protection laws.
• You assume all platform-related risks. You understand and accept that your use of Reddily may result in actions by Reddit or other third parties, including but not limited to: account suspension or termination, temporary or permanent bans, rate limiting, IP address blocking, legal action, or any other consequences. You assume full responsibility for all such risks.
• You indemnify Reddily. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reddily, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Reddily service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Analysis results generated for your account are yours to use for your business purposes.

8. Reddit & Third-Party Platforms

Reddily analyzes publicly available Reddit content that you submit to us. We do not own, control, or have any affiliation with Reddit, Inc. or any other third-party platform.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Reddily is not responsible for Reddit's terms of service, policies, or any changes thereto.
• Reddily is not responsible for any actions Reddit takes against your account, IP address, or access to their platform.
• Reddily makes no representations about the legality or permissibility of any particular use case under Reddit's terms.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with Reddit's Terms of Service, API Terms, and any other applicable policies before using Reddily.
• Any consequences arising from your interactions with Reddit or other third-party platforms in connection with your use of Reddily are entirely your responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reddily disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Without limiting the foregoing, Reddily makes no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of AI-generated analysis results
• The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the service
• The compatibility of our service with Reddit's terms of service or any third-party platform
• The safety of your Reddit account or any third-party accounts when using our service
• The suitability of the service for any particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDDILY, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your Reddit account being suspended, banned, or restricted
• Any damages resulting from rate limiting, IP blocking, or access restrictions imposed by Reddit or any third party
• Any damages resulting from your reliance on analysis results or insights generated by our service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any damages resulting from actions taken by Reddit, its affiliates, or any third party
• Any legal costs, fines, or penalties arising from your use of the service

IN NO EVENT SHALL REDDILY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO REDDILY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
